For most cats the worst moment of the day is being put into a box. If the groom happens outside your door, that box journey is a few metres rather than half an hour.

Cats do not travel like dogs. Engine noise, movement and heat turn a calm cat into a frightened one before the grooming has even started.

A salon smells of every animal that has been through it that day, and usually sounds like it too. Our van holds one cat at a time and never a dog alongside it.

What cat owners want to know first
Why does it matter more for a cat that the groomer comes to me?
Because for most cats the grooming is not the frightening part. The carrier is. Then the car, then a room full of unfamiliar smells and barking dogs. Take all of that away and a cat that is impossible in a salon is often perfectly manageable a few metres from its own front door.
Do you cover my area?
We work across 16 Dubai communities and our vans run daily routes between them. Message us with your area and we will tell you the next slot we really have.
Will my cat be near dogs?
No. One animal is in the van at a time. Your cat has the whole van and the whole groomer to itself, and it never shares the space with a dog.
My cat has never been groomed. Where do we start?
Start with a Basic Groom and tell us honestly how your cat behaves. We work slowly, we do not sedate, and we stop if a cat is genuinely distressed rather than forcing it through. A first session that goes calmly is worth more than a perfect haircut.
How long does the van need to be outside?
Usually 45 to 60 minutes for a Basic Groom, up to 90 for a Full Groom with a lion cut. You do not need to wait outside with us. We come back to your door when your cat is done.
Is there a call-out fee for coming to my building?
No. No call-out fee, no travel charge and no parking charge, anywhere in Dubai. Cat grooming starts at AED 190 whether you are in the Marina or in Mirdif.
My cat is elderly. Is a home visit safer?
Generally yes. Older cats cope badly with car journeys and with waiting. Grooming at home removes both. Tell us about any health conditions when you message and we will keep the session short and gentle.
