How do I book an appointment? 

You can book an appointment by calling us or sending a message via WhatsApp at +971 55 559 6560. 

Do your provide grooming for aggressive pets? 

We prioritize the safety and well-being of both pets and groomers. Please inform us if your pet has aggressive tendencies so we can discuss the best approach to ensure a safe grooming experience. 

How long does a pet grooming session take? 

The duration of a grooming session depends on the size and breed of your pet, as well as the services requested. We will provide you with an estimated time when you book your appointment. On an average, 1 hour.   

What safety measures do you have in place? 

We follow strict hygiene protocols and use high-quality, pet-safe products. Our groomers are trained to handle pets with care and compassion. 

How can I reschedule the appointment? 

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. 

Is it compulsory for pets to be vaccinated?

We recommend that all pets be up to date on their vaccinations to ensure the health and safety of our staff and other pets. Please provide proof of vaccination upon request. 

What is your Payment method? 

We accept cash, card, bank transfers and online payment (thru payment link). 

What is your cancellation policy? 

A 24-hour notification is requested to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any notification within less than 24 hours will be subject to a 100% charge. 

What If I am not satisfied with the service? 

We would like to be on top of things and that means the sooner you let us know the earlier we can help or resolve any concerns. We will be able to help you best if you notify us of your complaint within 24 hours of the service completion. 

 Do we have a monthly /annual package?

Yes, we do have regular customer service, A monthly subscription is available which allows you automated and preferred timings. 

Do we sedate the pets? 

No, we don’t sedate pets, 
If your pet is Aggressive, we strongly advise you to bring your dog or cat to a vet so they can sedate them before grooming. 

Do you have any discount partners or offers? 

Yes! We understand that many households have more than one furry friend to pamper. That’s why we offer a special discount for households with multiple pets. Treat all your pets to a spa day and enjoy savings on each additional pet groomed during the same appointment.
