Refunds Policy

PAYMENT

  • Payment for all grooming services is due at the time the services or pre-paid when your booking is made either through our booking website or through our client app. are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Payment for all products purchased on our website with be required at checkout.
  • Payment methods: Online Payment/Cash/Card/Bank Transfer

 

PRODUCT RETURNS

 

  • Products purchased in through Happy Puppy Grooming Boutique website are ONLY exchangeable within 14 days of receipt only if they are in an unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

SERVICE REFUNDS

 

  • Happy Puppy Grooming Boutique LLC is permitted to providing a professional pet (s) grooming service. As we offer a service, we are unable to offer refunds unless through a fault of our own. If you are not happy with the service you have received or anything within the refund policy, please contact us at info@happypuppyuae.com .
  • When booking an appointment online via the Happy Puppy Grooming Boutique website you will be required to pay for the service in full (100%) to secure your appointment and booking the time slot. If you are unable to make your appointment and do not notify us within 24 hours. Happy Puppy Grooming Boutique will be entitled to keep the payment taken upon booking. If we are able to offer an alternative appointment you’re booking will be amended accordingly.

 

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS

  • A courtesy reminder email or text will be sent up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time. An email address is required.
  • Happy Puppy Grooming Boutique LLC must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment of any cancellations. This allows us time to try to book a replacement for your vacated appointment. The client may be charged 50% of the service amount if a 24-hour cancellation notice is not provided.
  • No Shows or Cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service amount.
  • Service may be terminated for repeated cancellations without 24 hr. notice.

If you are cancelling your appointment outside normal working hours, please leave a message providing your full name, pet name, time and date of appointment and a member of staff will follow up with you by phone during working hours.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE / AGGRESSIVE PETS

  • Happy Puppy Grooming Boutique LLC has the right to refuse service for the following reasons:

    • Pet(s) will not be groomed if not safe or too large or heavy to handle.
    • Your pet’s safety, comfort and well-being are our outmost concern. Your pet(s) will be groomed by our trained professional groomers in the style you have requested. We reserve the right to alter or cease any groom in the event that our staff determines it is in your pet’s best interest or your pet displays aggressive behaviour. Client understands that Happy Puppy Grooming Boutique LLC has the right to refuse service to client’s pet(s) at any time for any reason. Client also understands that all bites will be reported to the local authorities as required by law. The client may be charged the price of the groom.
