Cancellations and refunds

Short version: give us 24 hours' notice and there is no charge. If we get something wrong, we will put it right.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice before your appointment. There is no charge, and we will happily move you to another slot.

We hold both the time and the van for you, so late cancellations mean a groomer sitting idle. For cancellations inside 24 hours we may apply a fee. In practice we are reasonable about genuine emergencies, illness and travel disruption. Just tell us what happened.

If we cannot complete the groom

Occasionally a pet is too distressed to continue safely. If that happens we will stop. We charge only for the work completed, and we will talk to you about building up to a full groom over several shorter visits.

We do not sedate animals, and we will not force a groom.

If you are not happy with the result

Tell us within 48 hours. If something we did was not right, we will come back and fix it at no charge. If a fix is not possible, we will discuss a partial or full refund.

If we are late or have to cancel

Dubai traffic and vehicle problems happen. If we are running more than 30 minutes late, we will message you. If we have to cancel, we will offer you the next available slot and a discount on that groom.

Health and safety

We ask that dogs and cats are up to date on their core vaccinations. If we find a condition that needs veterinary attention, such as a suspected infection, severe matting causing skin damage, or parasites, we will stop, tell you, and recommend you see a vet.

Payment

Payment is taken at the van on the day, by card or cash. All published prices include VAT. There is no call-out fee, travel charge or parking charge anywhere in Dubai.
