Owners searching for a groomer nearby usually have three worries. Here they are, answered plainly.
Big dogs are never lifted
The van has a hydraulic table, so a heavy dog is never lifted by hand. We groom golden retrievers, huskies and labradors most weeks.
Apartment towers: where we park
The van parks in the visitor bay or on the street and we walk up to your door. You do not have to bring your dog down to us.
A villa driveway is easiest of all
The van goes on the driveway and your dog walks a few metres. It is the closest thing to not leaving home at all.
One dog at a time, no cages

Our vans run daily routes across 16 Dubai communities. Message us with your area and we will tell you the next slot we genuinely have, rather than the one that sounds best.
My dog is large. Does a mobile groomer still work?
Yes. The van has a hydraulic table, so a large dog does not have to be lifted. We groom golden retrievers, huskies and labradors most weeks. Tell us the breed when you message and we will book the right length of slot.
I live in an apartment. Where does the van park?
In the visitor bay, the loading bay, or on the street outside. We come up to your door to collect your dog, so you do not need to walk it down to us. Tell us the building name when you message and we will tell you honestly whether we can park there.
Is there a charge for coming to my area?
No. No call-out fee, no travel charge, no fuel surcharge and no parking charge, anywhere in Dubai. A small dog basic groom is AED 170 in every community we serve.
How long will the van be outside my building?
Usually 45 to 60 minutes for a Basic Groom and 60 to 90 for a Full Groom. You do not need to stay with us. We bring your dog back to your door when it is finished.
My dog hates the salon. Will this be different?
Often, yes, and the reason is usually the car journey and the waiting rather than the grooming. In the van there is no waiting room, no other dogs barking and no cage. Your dog is with one groomer for the whole session and then it goes straight home.
Can you groom two dogs on the same visit?
Yes, one after the other, and we take 10% off the total bill when they are booked together. Tell us both dogs when you message so we book enough time.
It is summer. Should I have my double-coated dog shaved?
Usually not. Shaving a husky or a golden retriever removes the coat that insulates it against heat and can cause the coat to grow back badly. We de-shed instead, which pulls out the dead undercoat and keeps the dog far cooler without damaging the coat.
