If your cat has had a bad groom before
Tell us. It changes how we book you. We will allocate a longer slot, we will not try to complete everything in one visit, and we will start with whatever your cat tolerates best rather than whatever is most urgent.
A cat that has been held down, muzzled or sedated in the past will often need two or three short visits before a full groom is realistic. That is completely normal and we would far rather do it that way than force one bad session.
How a mobile cat grooming visit goes
1. Before we arrive
Shut the cat in one quiet room, ideally without furniture it can hide under. Nothing else you do makes as much difference. Ten minutes of chasing a cat before we start sets the tone for everything after.
2. Collection
We come to your door. If you would rather carry your cat to the van yourself, that is often calmer. If you would rather we did it, we will.
3. In the van
Quiet, air-conditioned, no dogs, no other cats. We assess the coat and the skin first and tell you what we have found before we start cutting anything.
4. The groom
Usually 45 to 90 minutes. Nails, ears, a proper wash and dry, and whatever the coat needs. We work in short stretches with breaks rather than pushing straight through.
5. Back home
Straight back to the same quiet room. Most cats settle within an hour. We will tell you honestly how it went and whether we recommend a shorter gap next time.

Please shut your cat in a quiet room before we arrive. It sounds small. It is genuinely the difference between a calm appointment and a stressful one.

Most of our cat customers are in apartments, in the Marina, JLT, Business Bay, Downtown and JVC. We register the van with your building in advance, park in the visitor bay, and come up to your door.
The whole journey for your cat is the lift and a short walk. Compare that with a taxi or a car ride across Dubai in August.
