If you need to leave your pet for the afternoon, if you want three pets done at the same time, or if you want to walk in without booking, a shop salon is the better choice and we will tell you so. For everything else, the van does the same job without the journey.

Questions about the van
Is a grooming van really a salon?
It has the same table, the same clippers, the same dryers and the same groomers. It carries its own hot water, its own power and its own air conditioning. What it does not have is a waiting room, a row of cages, or a car journey attached to the front and back of the appointment.
What can a shop salon do that you cannot?
Three things, honestly. You cannot drop your pet off and disappear for the afternoon, because we need an hour to ninety minutes and somebody at home. We cannot groom several pets at the same time, so a household of three takes three slots. And you cannot walk in without an appointment, because our vans run booked routes.
Where is your salon in Dubai?
Our salon is a van, and it comes to you. We run daily routes across 16 Dubai communities. You do not come to us. We park outside your building or on your driveway.
Is a mobile pet salon more expensive than a shop?
Not with us. Grooming starts at AED 170 for a small dog and AED 190 for a cat, and there is no call-out fee, no travel charge and no parking charge. We publish every price in full. Most Dubai groomers will not.
Do you groom cats and dogs differently?
Yes. A cat is the only animal in the van, with one groomer, and never shares the space with a dog. Cat sessions are quieter and slower. Dog sessions use the hydraulic table so large breeds are never lifted.
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp with your area, your pet and roughly when suits you. We reply with the exact price and the slots we actually have, usually within 30 minutes between 9am and 8pm.
