Free delivery on all orders

Our delivery times are Sunday to Saturday 09:00 – 19.30

Where possible, we will try and accommodate specific delivery times and days between Sunday to Saturday. However, this can only be confirmed by our customer services team after your order has been received and paid for.

We aim to delight our customers by delivering our orders in the quickest possible time.

Most of our deliveries to major areas take place within 48 hours. 

Things do happen that are outside of our control, so, please always allow up to 72 hours (3 working days) for your delivery to reach you.

Should you not have received your order within 5 working days of dispatch, please send us an email to info@happypuppyuae.com or drop us a call on +971555596560 and advise us of the details of the order that has not been delivered and we will prioritise the follow up on the delivery with our Happy Puppy courier and advise you of its status.

STOCK SHORTAGES

Should a product you have ordered be:

• Temporarily unavailable, we will notify you thereof as well as the anticipated delay in delivery and, unless you agree to wait for such longer period for delivery, or accept delivery of another product instead, Happy Puppy Grooming Boutique LLC will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option for a credit voucher to an amount equal to the price paid for the product (plus any additional charges applied^**).
• Discontinued / Permanently unavailable we will notify you and, unless you agree to accept another product instead, Absolute Pets will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option for a credit voucher to an amount equal to the price paid for the product (plus any additional charges applied^**).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

When placing your order, you will be requested to select a form of payment for your goods. We offer following forms of payment:

CASH ON DELIVERY – Our drivers are always prepared with extra change on hand so we are able to accept even the big notes from you if required.
CARD ON DELIVERY – All of our drivers are equipped with portable credit card machines so card payment is never a problem.
ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT – It is now possible to pay when you place your order – choose credit card under payment and you will be transferred to PayTabs payment gateway website where the payment will be processed (we do not get any credit card information, we only get information regarding the transaction when it’s completed)
